Passing from alpine valleys and into the world of barren lands and snow capped giants, this journey will take you on a discovery of not just mother nature at her finest, but a discovery of yourself. Every day you will be pushing your body harder, carrying yourself further into the deep Himalaya, with Everest keeping her watchful eye over you, keeping you strong.

There will be days when you’re tired, when you’re breathless, and when your body is screaming at you to stop – but, when you look up from your hurting feet as you’re taking one step in front of the other, you will see the reasons why you decided to do this! The epic scale of those mountains that sit directly in front of you, to the side of you, and behind you, will make you feel something that quite possibly you’ve never felt before. As I try to think of the words to explain it; majestic, awe, sorrow, joy, humbling, epic, spring to my mind. But really there isn’t a word, it’s an emotion, a feeling, something that you can only really understand when experiencing it for yourself.
